If you could only choose one of the two, which would it be?
The reason why I’m not including Sapporo, Suntory and others in the fight is because they were out of stock when I went to the store. But it’s not like I’m complaining, I’m pretty happy with the fact that these two beers are always available here in Sweden.
My personal favorite is Asahi Super Dry, and my second is actually Sapporo’s original premium (whatever they call it) beer, I have a picture of it in the bottom of this post. For some odd reason I like Kirin the most with noodles, I think it has to do with the carbon, as Kirin has a considerably lower amount of carbon. Asahi is more of a “let’s get wasted beer” in my opinion.
Omnomnomnom!

I like Asahi superdry more, but booth are OK in the end.
I personally think Belgian beers are the best, but that wasn’t the question. ^^:
I’m not sure if I’ve tried any Belgian beers, but I probably have… My second choice tend to be American beer.
I’ve only tried Kirin Ichiban, which was pretty decent, but I guess I’m not exactly qualified to vote… xD
So what’s your ultimate favorite?^^
If you mean internationally, then I guess I’d go with any kind of draught beer I’ve tried. I’ve tried some in Denmark, Austria and Germany. And I’m not a big fan of most can- and bottle-beer. So yeah, I guess “Toriaezu nama!” would be appropriate. xD
Well, in Japan nama biiru is the best, but that’s just because I like saying “nama biiru” :P
I don’t like canned beer, but I love it bottled!
Dude, you should’ve added an option for guys who can’t choose between the two. I can’t for example, don’t even know what Kirin tastes like, never had it before.
Then try it and get back to me when you’re done^^
