As a preparation for my first trip to Japan, I decided to watch all episodes of Crossdress Paradise and its specials. Some of these guys look simply amazing and it wouldn’t surprise me if they managed to fool me, and oh what a nightmare that would be. After watching these episodes, my eyes will hopefully be able to detect these fellas when I’m in Tokyo. It’s not like I’m worried though…
It’s a lot of fun to watch, they actually get to do some cat walking at the Tokyo Girls Collection Fashion Show! In the 4th and 5th special they try to fool the members of Arashi and a few other celebrities, don’t miss that.
It’s definitely worth watching, I guarantee you’ll be surprised of how cute some of them are. I’ve embedded the first episode below, unfortunately it’s the only one available with subtitles. But I’m sure you’ll find the show amusing even without them. So just go get yourself a box of Pocky and enjoy the show!

Cross dressing is very, very, very uncommon in Japan. The only time you will see them is on TV (and I don’t think The Tunnels dressed up to try and pass off their new crappy single really counts as true cross dressing as they are entertainers), or at cross-dressing bars in Shinjuku.

Haha, that image is a joke^^ That’s a band called Yazima Beauty Salon which was made by DJ Ozma and the comedy duo Tunnels. They’re actually signed by Avex though :P

You just reminded me of the time my wife and I went to the Simon Cabaret show in Phuket, Thailand. It’s a whole show performed nightly by lady boys who’ve had the works done, including the chop-chop if you know what I mean. From what I’ve read, Thailand has more ladyboys than other Southeast Asian countries and it certainly seemed that way while we were there.
My wife and I even saw a caucasian guy walking down the street holding a ladyboy’s hand. I wonder if he knew? Gotta keep your eyes peeled for the adam’s apple!

Yeah, so I’ve heard. Thailand seems to be ladyboy heaven. I bet that Caucasian guy had no idea, if they’ve had surgery it can be really hard to tell. My guess would be that these guys (or girls) have had surgery on their Adam’s apple as well.
I’d most likely be fooled by those ladyboys singing “Nobody” in that video :P
