Fukuoka Starbucks

I’ve recently (actually about a year ago) been blessed by the presence of Starbucks in my city. Although since it’s just a boring hole somewhere inside the central station, I’m never there, the local funky stuff is much better (hipster style!). But when I see things like this, beautiful interior design inside a horrible exterior, I get a little jealous of Japan, not even in my wildest dream could I see something like this around here.

    I’m genuinely interested in why some people get excited over Starbucks. Especially Swedes.

    Starbucks isn’t exactly known for having good coffee, now does it?

    I have to say, this is a very fancy and nice looking store though :-)

      I think Starbucks’ coffee is good. Obviously it’s not even comparable to the local coffee-houses with proper baristas, but it beats most places when it comes to your daily needs. And their frappuccinos are great!
