A couple of weeks ago I finished watching Hanayome to Papa, which I mentioned in the Voice drama preview two weeks ago. The lead actors in this drama are Ishihara Satomi and Tokito Saburo, which as I mentioned before are found together in Voice. It seems like I’m becoming quite a fan of Ishihara Satomi, I don’t know about you but there’s something about her humorous side that is very appealing to me.

This drama is about an immature 20-year-old office lady by the name Uzaki Aiko (Ishihara Satomi). Aiko has just become a part of the adult world, but that doesn’t stop her father, Kentaro, from keeping the house rules. Although Aiko thought she would be set free from the rules once she turned 20, this is not the case, so she still has a 7 PM curfew and she’s not allowed to socialize with guys. This however doesn’t stop her from falling in love with her co-worker Miura Seiji (Taguchi Junnosuke), and with that they begin their journey with the goal to be accepted by Aiko’s unreasonable father.

I did enjoy this drama, I didn’t have too high expectations, or actually I didn’t know what to expect. I can’t say that it’s one of the better dramas I’ve watched, but it might be worth watching if you like Satomis wacky humor. Well, if you decide not to watch this, you can get a good taste of the two in Voice, which is a drama I would recommend you to watch.
Rules and drama ending.
Have fun!
