A few days ago Oricon ran a poll to see who’s the current ideal woman among Japanese men. The poll was conducted on 1200 men of various ages. The women were divided into two groups, one for artists and one for actresses. And here are the results:
Artists:
- Amuro Namie
- YUI
- aiko
- Hamasaki Ayumi
- YUKI
Actresses:
- Aragaki Yui
- Matsushima Nanako
- Miyazaki Aoi
- Shinohara Ryoko
- Horikita Maki
If I were to vote I would also put Gakki in the first place for actresses. As for artists, Kamei Eri!

As a woman myseld hard to say.
I really like Aoi Miyazaki, she has been there for her husband when he has been accused of a lot of things (cheating etc.)
Horikita Maki is one of my current favorite actresses, she’s juts so cute and seems to be very smart as well.
