I never expected to see much Swedish stuff in Japan, so I was positively surprised every time when I stumbled upon something with a Swedish flag on it (happened a few times). Even less expected is seeing famous people wearing Swedish clothes in dramas, like Masahiro Nakai (SMAP and co-host of Utaban) in Konkatsu!.
My guess would be that he didn’t chose these all by himself, but then again, if a Swedish stylist was involved, he/she would not put this on him^^ — Dalahästen?
“Dark Blue”
The third t-shirt is from Fjällräven though, which is a somewhat famous brand, even in Japan for those who are into… nature stuff.
Well I guess there’s some truth to “Swedes are everywhere”, even though we’re mostly in Thailand!^^

That’s cool, and on TV!! “Swedish, like English, on things looks ‘cool’,” was probably the logic.
Speaking of Swedish things in Japan, there is a Japanese homebuilder named Sweden House (http://www.swedenhouse.co.jp/) I’ve walked by one of their local offices and saw a big Swedish flag on the wall even. I’ll remember Yonasu the next time I stroll by =P
Yeah that was probably the logic, it doesn’t look bad though^^ Even though at least the first print would be a little odd to wear here.
I’ve heard about Sweden House! I saw that Sweden Hills thing on the news, where is their office?
haha yeah, at least it’s just short, simple words and phrases and not random words mashed together in a “sentence” like is often done with English =P
Nice =) Sweden House just has a small office & a model home in the city where I live in Hokkaido.
I see, I’ll give it a visit if I ever find myself in Hokkaido then^^
