I got a great room at Grand Arc Hanzomon, it’s on the 16th floor and has a great view over Tokyo. Took these photos first thing in the morning today!
Early morning, woke up at about 8 AM.
Rainy today, will most likely spend the day walking around exploring. Going to meet up with some friends tomorrow for dinner!
The bed is quite comfy!
Here’s where I’ll do my blogging during the stay.
Glass, a cup and a little stove available. Good thing I got a portable stove so I can make instant ramen^^
A safe I can out valuables in, my MacBook is too big for it though! But I have a lock on my bag too so I can put stuff in there.
I also have a small refrigerator! Gonna fill this up soon^^
An alarm clock and a phone available on the night stand, as well as the buttons that controls the lighting in the room.
Love the air conditioner, would love to have one back home in Sweden. Especially nice in the morning since it’s usually a bit cold when you get out of bed.
Bathroom is simple but nice.
First time using these buttons, haha. It was an interesting experience :P

Wow, the room looks absolutely cozy and perfect size. I’m totally envious of your view. It’s great.
Hahaha, that toilet looks really fancy. Your view is indeed nice and the room itself looks really clean and new and comfy.
Yeah, the seat warmer is nice :P I definitely like the room!
Yeah I used that kind of toilet in korea one time…I never expected the spray because there was no pictureXO Horriblehorrible…
Hope you have a good time!! Good thing you have friends there:D
Man your room really does look really comfy too by the wayXD
Hahaha, that must’ve been very surprised then :P
I wouldn’t go alone if I didn’t have anyone to meet up with. And yeah, the room is nice^^
Looks quite decent sized for a single person room. Fap-box detected!
I apologize for the following sentence:
The most interesting thing seems to be the toilet… LOL
What exactly is the SPRAY button for? There are several body reagions shaped like that after all. (^_^;)
Well, I guess you could use it for all body parts with that shape, if you really want to^^
Man this is exciting I can know exactly how you feel, my first time in Japan was awesome, I can’t wait to go to Japan again.
Here take a look at some pictures of my trip to Nagoya, Osaka, Nara and Toba, sorry no Tokyo, but Japan is not just Tokyo – if you can, try to go to Nara, it’s incredible.

Well, that’s a really cozy looking hotel room! The air conditioner looks nice, but after being in Singapore for so long, 26 is a bit chilly for me. I’m good at 27.
The buttons on the toilet had me curious. When I scrolled down and saw the close-up I was surprised. I didn’t realize they used toilets in Japan that have the spray and blow-dry effect. Also a nice touch to have the deodorizer built in.
I keep it at 25, but increase it a bit in the morning. The warm seat is also a nice feature!
Hey,
Man I love you done with the place ^^
I know this may sound obsurd but ‘kind of’ on the spur of the moment I decided to take a 3 week backpacking trip to Japan! Im leaving on 22nd of this month. Im flying to Nagasaki then taking shinkansen up to Sapporo, in time for the ice festival (I think it was actually the ice festival that made me take the leap ^^)
