Official Ai Kago iPhone Clock App Released

Published on November 1st, 2010.

Before the iPhone and AppStore were first released, I never imagined that I would be spending money on digital clock applications. The AppStore is a goldmine for people with average coding skills and simple ideas. This time, Avex Entertainment has released an official Ai Kago clock app.

Like all the other clock apps available, all it does is show you the date and time, but with a picture of Ai Kago that changes on a daily basis. But there’s one feature that makes it worth the price of $2.99, and that would be the alarm clock. Yes, the app comes with an alarm feature and it includes 14 different alarm sounds, such as her screaming “OHAYOU!!” and “hayaku okite! hayaku okite!”.

It’s easier to wake up when a cute Japanese girl shouts at you than hearing your normal beeping sound that you automatically put on snooze until the very last minute.

This app is not restricted to the Japanese store so just search for “ai kago clock” or click here to buy it!

Fast forward to 0:28 to listen to some of the alarm sounds you can choose from.
