Last night I spent a couple of hours catching up on SHANGRI-LA, I believe I watched 7 episodes (they’re now at 18 out of 24). From what I’ve heard, most people got bored early in the series but I stuck with it and I really enjoy watching it now. The first two or three episodes weren’t that good, a little too much carbon dioxide gibberish.
My favorite character is now Karin. She was a bit boring in the first episodes, as all she did was sitting at a computer doing business. Now she’s still doing business but she’s also the cute and funny character of SHANGRI-LA, along with our transsexual Momoko of course. And putting them together makes it all even more hilarious.
I’d be just as terrified if a transsexual man (woman?) sat this close go me xD

I got bored after the first 5 episodes or so too, but I still download the new episode each week. I will watch it eventually, I am just spening the time watching more interesting anime for now.
Hehe I see^^ I like using Crunchyroll rather than downloading so I can’t help falling behind on the other animes. (Note to self): I need to work on that…

Karin is still evil and still loli, I’d say more loli than she used to be! And it’s still a mystery how Kuniko manages not to reveal her panties even though her skirt is super short…
It’s okay, but there’s better. Unlike you though, I didn’t keep up with it and dropped it after a couple of episodes, though by the sounds of things there’s still enough in it to keep you occupied.
Yeah, there’s definitely better. It’s not an addiction like many other animes, but still worth watching imo!
I watched it up to about episode 5 but just had no urge to rush back to it. Might go back soon and check the newer episodes out. It’s a really good series it just isn’t addictive.

am I weird? I never got tired of this anime although i did stop watching because i didn’t have time. I spent an entire day catching up and I liked it. I dunno it also could have been the actual animation //art that kept me going as well. I like the style so much.
anyway it’s getting exciting now and I can’t wait to continue.
