SoftBank Ad in Shibuya

in Japan

Another thing I miss from my time in Tokyo are the big ads everywhere. The ones in Shibuya especially, since they’re always highly relative to my interests in some way, like always using celebrities for example^^ This SoftBank ad with SMAP caught my eyes when I was walking towards the crossing with a couple of friends, I love the colors!

Also worth to mention is that right after walking past this ad, I stepped on a rat, yes, A RAT. I didn’t look down, and all of a sudden I noticed that something was moving down there, and then I started shaking my legs like a mad person! Haha. We were shocked to say the least^^

And while SMAP is on topic, I just came across this picture! Look how weird Masahiro Nakai looks xD (on the far right).

Takuya Kimura is cool as always though^^ (middle).

Big ads like that can quickly become eyesores. I’ve always preferred a more natural looking area. I would of course visit Tokyo if I had the chance, but I think I would find myself drawn to the countryside areas more.

As for rats, there are quite a few of them here in Singapore too. There’s a big one that lives in the bushes by the steps leading down to the building I live in. Also, they seem to enjoy digging nests along the sides of the sidewalks so I see them at night while jogging. Haven’t stepped on one yet though.

I see, I’m more of a city guy, I do enjoy the countryside from time to time, but not for too long.

We don’t have many rats here in Sweden, I think I’ve seen about two or three in my life here^^

I don’t mind ads but I could do with less SMAP. Nice colors nonetheless (^_~)

Hell I dunno, it ran away, didn’t get a good look of it. It was disgusting though…

My colleges have rats as their pets, just like some people have hamsters or mouse.
Can you change poos into poor in my previous post?(and remove this one when done)

I’ve had rats too, not those big yucky ones though, small cute ones^^ (when I was like 10).

And yes, I can change it, but I won’t cause I’m not feeling kind today xD
