A few weeks ago I stumbled upon this application called zoome TDKI and what it does is that it lets you watch and listen to Vocaloid music videos on your iPhone. It’s like the YouTube app but only for Vocaloid videos!
TDKI is a “user circle” in the Japanese video sharing service “zoome” and all of the videos are original user-generated works featuring popular Vocaloid characters, such as Hatsune Miku, Kagamine Rin and Len. With the app’s main features you can browse the latest videos, see daily rankings, browse by category and search. Since it’s a Japanese application (although with an English interface), it’s good if you can type in Japanese if you want to search.
Since zoome is a Japanese video sharing service, loading videos can be a bit slow at times, unless you’re actually in Japan. But just GIVE IT A SECOND!
Anyways, if you’re a Vocaloid fan you should definitely give it a try, it’s a free app. Search for zoome TDKI on your iPhone or click this link to open it up in iTunes.
And if you know how to navigate through a Japanese site, here’s TDKI’s homepage.
